It has always been my dream to own a newer S-Class. This past weekend that dream became a reality, and PJ went above and beyond the process in helping make my dream come true!!! Long story short I actually started working with PJ about 4 and a half years ago, I purchased a 2005 S-430 from a private seller, but was always keeping an eye out for a newer S-Class when the timing was right. The staff at Fields has always been friendly, exceptional at explaining and helping with any questions or service related issues I had on my older vehicle, and the sales team was never pushy. The experience I had a fields this past weekend was by far the best experience I have ever had buying a car, (either for my self or tagging along with someone else). Thursday I test drove the vehicle, pointed out a few minor things that PJ and the staff addressed and had corrected, and Saturday I picked up my 2015 S-550!!!! They had the car detailed inside and out, and brought it into the showroom!!! The staff at fields also took time to make sure I knew at least the basics to start driving, there is a lot of tech in these cars!!! Also the staff offered to answer any additional questions, or come to my home to explain in more detail all the options the car has!!! The deal was kind of hurried and their wasn't any input on what the car doesn't have. Car isn't user friendly!! For the money car is great looking and fun to drive but the GPS is totally ancient to use wit on what the car doesn't have. Car isn't user friendly!! SLC 300 looks great and drives well but the rest is lacking greatly. More
