He even gave us some Mercedes "swag." P.J. Nunez was our finance person, and he explained everything clearly and was so friendly. The concierge associate was also amazing. I didn't want to waste time at the dealership and she made sure everything was done ahead of time. I went to the dealer to test drive and sign papers. PJ Nunez was my financial manager. He asked if I was interested in additional coverages so he could provide me the information before signing the papers. During the signing, they took to get detailed. We were provided with 2 Mercedes-Benz hats and Keychain which was very nice of them. The whole process was smooth and fast. More

Started off well, but went south quick. Purchased a car from them online/over the phone and had one of the worst experiences. Got a certified pre-owned vehicle that supposedly went thru rigorous inspections, yet items were not working when I finally received my vehicle - their response, oh it's OK it's under warranty. So now the car I waited to receive, I have to take to the dealership to fix and wait again. Maybe their in-store experience is good, but I would never recommend buying from them online. More
