That is very disappointing to us, and through this program we have the opportunity to work with you to resolve any issues with your experience at Skyland Automotive. We apologize for the miscommunication on our part and not meeting your expectations as we strive to do. We appreciate the feedback and we are sorry that we did in fact lose two very valuable employees that appear to have impacted the repair of your vehicle. That being said, if your vehicle was one that required extensive schooling (such as an RX-8), which we as a dealer require our technicians to complete in order to remain in line with Mazda's Service requirements, we greatly apologize. After contacting and discussing my issues with a nice young Lady, I was told by her that I would receive a call from a manager. I am still waiting for the call. I even called to talk to the Nice young Lady again and she stated that "she did forward my info on to the manager". It is a new year and I still have not heard a thing from the manager. By the way, I have discouraged 5 individuals from Mazda in the amount of time that has passed. That is 5 less for you and Zero for Mazda.
