It is my understanding that our service adviser contacted you regarding your experience with Skyland Automotive. Again we apologize for the issue with the tires and are sorry you had a negative experience. We could not do anything about the tires being bad other than have the tires sent back and wait to receive a quality tire as a replacement. The tires were not visibly damaged, which prevented us from seeing the defect - just the fact that the tires wouldn't balance when we went to install them did create a delay for everyone, which is most unfortunate. The fact we didn't just put the faulty tires on the vehicle and let it go is our effort to take care of you and your vehicle. We strive to provide this on every occasion. It sounds like the offer for the loaner car may have been a communication break down as the adviser was told the vehicle wasn't needed and that you would just take the vehicle and return tomorrow. Sorry for the break down or any misunderstanding. We do still send out a follow up call as does Mitsubishi Motors. We regret that you didn't receive the call or email. Should there be any issues still present or ever at any time please feel free to contact the adviser or service manager to get any matters resolved.
