That is very disappointing to us, and through this program we have the opportunity to work with you to resolve any issues with your experience at Skyland Automotive. We apologize for the miscommunication on our part and not meeting your expectations as we strive to do. This was a total oversight on our part but we try to leave all the financial disclosures to the finance department because salespeople cannot possibly keep up with all of the different programs that our dealership has to offer. We currently have 7 different New Vehicle dealerships under one rooftop and so many different financial programs. If we would have known that you wanted to know the specific buyout on that lease upfront we would have provided that for you.
