I originally came to Skyland to test drive a new Mitsubishi Outlander Sport. I was not planning to purchase the vehicle that day, but Loretta was so helpful! I was greeted within 5 minutes of getting on the lot. The staff was very welcoming and willing to help in any way possible. I was not pressured to make a decision or to purchase extra amenities. The sales person Eric was the best part of the experience. He took his time and did everything to get us what we wanted for what we wanted to pay. When it came time to sign the lease papers we were given quite a big surprise. The buyback on the Grand Jeep Cheeokee Laredo was $2500 more than the residual value of the auto. This fact was not presented to us until after the trade in was done and after everything was moved from one car to another. The entire staff at the dearlership has been trying to rectify the oversite. They are making sure that clients in the future are given all fees charged by the leasing companies. In addition they have contacted the lease company in an attempt to correct what had happened. They have also offered some services on the dealership which was a very nice jesture. I've had worst service and have had better service. I would rate them Low average, There have been times when they couldn't get their act together. They told me they had to replace something in the stering column, when they finished and I left I had no horn. when I ask about it I was told they did nothing to effect the horn, but upon checking further, they had left a wire unpluged in the column. I have purchased three auto's from this dealership and from the front office I would rate the sales people excellent, Especially Ms. Loretta Freeman. I purchased two of the cars through her. Would I recommend this dealership? Yes for sales, Yes for service with reservations. More

I especially appreciated the treatment Skyland Automotive gave to my trade-in. I had thoroughly researched what my car was worth and I try to be very fair where this sort of thing is concerned. I understand that the dealership needs to make money on the trade-in and I don't squeeze every penny from the transaction (in no small part because that stance has a tendency to also squeeze every ounce of goodwill along with it.) I'd set my mind on a value in the middle of the range of what my car seemed to be worth. Although I kept the exact figure to myself, Skyland Automotive met my expectations, on the first offer, without sad-eyed haggling. I felt that I'd been treated fairly and that sealed the deal. I love the car, pretty much want to adopt Alex, and now we're a happy two-Mazda household. (I'd also like to commend Chad in the service department. I've dealt with him on a few occasions and he's always cheerful, friendly, and best of all, he gets the job done. Thanks, Chad!) More
After my purchase I discovered subtle hail damage to my hood and roof. I had previously (mistakenly) signed a document after inspecting the new truck stating I did not see any hail damage. A couple of days later, when I looked at my truck in the artificial light of my garage I noticed hail damage. A phone call to my salesperson, Lorretta Freeman, produced a pleasant assurance that the problem would be resolved. Loretta worked with Dwayne Streetman to secure approval to repair the damage in spite of the document I had signed. Today I picked up my truck and the body work was absolutely flawless. The new running boards look top notch also. Great team at Skyland, and they live up to their slogan that "Customer Satisfaction is Our Goal #1". They certainly achieved their goal with me.
