Good experience while buying my partner a new vehicle Joseph was ready to show us several cars based on information that was given. He also was sensitive to physical and emotional needs of my partner. T Joseph was ready to show us several cars based on information that was given. He also was sensitive to physical and emotional needs of my partner. This was a good experience except it took a very long time to complete the process. We were tired by the time we ended. Joseph also described the different features of the car and assisted in knowing where to find certain necessary information. He offered us the diamond experience while choosing a car that fit our needs. Everyone was very helpful in choosing an affordable price and giving options to help get low payments. Brad was very friendly and respectful in this whole process. We were offered refreshments to get through the long experience. Thank you to everyone. I highly recommend this dealership and especially these guys that helped us. More

Helpful and courteous without pressure. Our Jeep's transmission died so we needed a replacement vehicle. Since it was towed to Skyland, we started there and didn't have to go any further. Skeeter Coins, Brad the sales manager and Mark the finance person gave me wonderful personal service. I felt no pressure. I felt the decision was mine. I had to buy a new car because my car was a total loss in an accident. So I was having to buy a new car. I was given choices within my budget and picked a car. Skeeter was so helpful and polite. The sales manager, Brad, did everything he could to make sure I got the car I wanted and then Mark worked with banks to find the best one for me. Hopefully it will be a long time before I have to buy another car but when I do, I will return to Skyland. I have already referred someone to Skeeter and will continue to do so as opportunities arise. More

Purchasing a car isn't FUN! This is the first car I have purchased in 16 years. Wow, have things changed. The process is daunting. Once I discovered Skyland and that my salesm This is the first car I have purchased in 16 years. Wow, have things changed. The process is daunting. Once I discovered Skyland and that my salesman Glen was a Christian, I felt reassured. As a single woman, I could see other dealership/salesmen being pressured to sell me a car. It was as if dollar signs were dangling in front of their eyes. I actually had a salesman from a different dealer tell me all about the engine while I stood there bored to death. I’m a chick and could care LESS about the engine so long as it works! Glen actually listened to me so when I expressed my concern about being ripped off, he said; “you’re here to buy a car and I’m here to sell you a car, we have a common goal to work at getting it done.” That’s when I realized, he was right and I was able to relax. In fact, the entire Skyland staff worked with me and I wasn’t pressured once. They genuinely wanted me to be happy. Not once did I feel like I was just a number to Skyland. Let me suggest to anyone thinking about purchasing a new car; visit Skyland, see Glen Gasbarro or Joseph Belcher and ask them how much profit they make-it is shockingly little. Once you see how unpretentious the Skyland staff is, you won’t want to go anywhere else. BTW: I got a great deal! More
