Flawless execution, great customer service, compasionate. I have experience with several of Asheville's "premier" car dealer ships and this company and group of people completely exceeded any and all prior ex I have experience with several of Asheville's "premier" car dealer ships and this company and group of people completely exceeded any and all prior expectations. My wife completed the majority of the new car buying process for the first on her own. (Generally I assist or do this myself) They treated her as a respected buyer even though she was inexperienced and I noticed no difference or special treatment of any one else for that matter that was navigating this process. They showed the same compassion for all customers. They walked my wife through the process and led her to make a educated decision on what will work for us. She is naive when it comes to things like this so I am happy to say she was not taken advantage of but instead she was guided to the best purchase of her life! From the moment I entered the picture (Mostly just to co-sign) everyone on staff was extremely friendly and already knew who I was and caught me up on everything that was happening and made it extremely easy to just take off instead of being lost in the piles of paper work like other companies. Everyone treated me with genuine compassion and respect. The reason I will be going back to Skyland Auto time and time again is due to the fact that there was a mistake made on the misunderstanding of what was being applied for a down payment and what the value of our trade in was. (Simple misunderstanding- handled professionally!) We only expected a trade in for a down payment and we were told that we were required to have a down payment and the trade in credit after working through a load of paper work and getting our hopes up. This is something we were not financially prepared for. Brad and Jewel did not give up on us and stayed an extra 1.5 hours after closing to ensure our terms, payments, etc would work properly for us. To finish the night off Mark finished all of our paper work extremely fast all the while thoroughly explaining everything and answering all of our questions. This team goes above and beyond the call of duty! Thanks guys I will not hesitate to refer all friends and family to them! We will certainly be back as well!! More

Purchase of Mitsubishi Outlander I had been shopping to get into a vehicle that wasn't as expensive as the one I was driving, but had AWD and roomy. All of the other dealerships want I had been shopping to get into a vehicle that wasn't as expensive as the one I was driving, but had AWD and roomy. All of the other dealerships wanted to short me on the trade-in, and just weren't willing to work with me. Skyland Automotive was more than willing to work with me, and got me a great deal. They provided a great experience and were very pleasant, even though we caught them on a Saturday and kept them over an hour after the store closed. This is our 2nd purchase from them in our family, and would highly recommend them to anyone. Joseph, Jeremiah and Brad were excellent to work with, and made it our best buying experience yet (and I have purchased numerous cars in the last 10 years)! More

I would recommend that if you are in the market for a car to give this group a try. You won't be dissapointed. I felt in the loop with the whole experience and the sales Mgr negotiated face to face with me and told me the truth of the situation and I felt he did everything he could do to make the deal happen best for me, not the other way around. My sales lady was very sweet and did a great job. She was right there with me from test drive through driving off the lot. Search her out. Sweet sweet person The man who closed the deal for me worked hard at getting me the best rate possible even making a call right in front of me that got me a even better rate. I will definitely be back when I need a car again. More

Thank u so much! I went to Skylanders Automotive on 8-18 in hopes of trade in a 97 Tahoe for better vehicle. I had my eye on a Nissan Altima. After hrs of sitting a talking with Brittany (btw she's amazing). Brad the manager came and said he had some great news! He got my family a brand new car. This car is so much more then I expected.
