Well, Chrysler informed me when I took it in for service there are two critical safety recalls. Please be very careful if you buy a used vehicle from them, they may be selling unsafe vehicles. One of the safety recalls was the vehicle could move with a door open. I am not sure about you, but, I do not want one of my children to fall to the ground because someone was too lazy to ensure their vehicles are safe! Please, go to another dealer. More
If you are contemplating getting your vehicle serviced here, drive as far away as possible. Unfortunately the service department here is either willfully negligent due to laziness or incompetent serviced here, drive as far away as possible. Unfortunately the service department here is either willfully negligent due to laziness or incompetent and in both scenarios they absolutely should not be tasked with touching anyone's cars. I brought my 2024 Kia Seltos in believing I could trust the department to find what was wrong with my car. Starting about a month prior, my car started showing a code that said "CHECK AWD/4WD". At first it only appeared once in a while but eventually it would appear anytime the car accelerated from a stop. Once the car was turned off, the code would disappear again. I explained this to Josh LaPointe who unfortunately lacks the skill of listening to a customer. He turned my car on and immediately said, well there's no code here? We explained it again, and he said well if there's no code I can't scan it. My husband then took on Josh's job and drove my car around and got the code to appear. Unfortunately the scanner Josh grabbed didn't work and he said they would get back to us the next day. The next day the Kia Connect app informed me that my car was turned on and was driven 0.62 miles. Fourteen minutes later I received a call from Josh. I knew before he even told me the issue that there was no way he had driven my car enough to get the code on and I was correct. Instead of scanning the car, the service technician Alex just looked at my rear passenger tire and saw that it was a different brand. He decided in that moment it would be easier to just declare the issue of it being my tire and stopped all work. Josh explained first that my tire was the wrong size, when I pushed back on this he changed his tune and said it is the right size but the tread is completely different because of a different tread pattern. See, I had popped a tire at 3,000 miles and got it replaced at Firestone. Josh, and eventually his superior Derek, claimed that Firestone completely messed up my car with the replacement and I would need to spend $900 on four new tires. Yep, four new tires on a car with only 10,000 miles. Yet when I questioned the tread measurement? "Uh well we didn't write it down." When I questioned why they didn't at least scan it? "We don't need to, we can see the issue." When my husband called and questioned how their answer didn't make sense? "You think you know more than a Kia certified technician?" Turns out, we do know more. We knew we wanted a second opinion and at a minimum for the car to actually be scanned. We decided to take to car over to Firestone. When we explained what Josh, Alex, and Derek had said about the tread pattern and tread measurement the supervisor at Firestone laughed. He actually bent over laughing in disbelief. He went through and measured the tread and explained that even if I was driving a Subaru, company with the strictest tread measurement guidelines, my car would still be fine. He then scanned the car and found the actual issue. The issue was never the tires. The scan showed that there was a technical service bulletin for Kias 2020-present. My rear differential needed to be replaced due to abnormal wear of motor brushes inside the actuator assembly. This would be covered under warranty. Of course, Firestone is a tire company so we needed to take it elsewhere to be fixed. We ended up going to Kia Golling (where they laughed and said yeah the service department at Feldman knows nothing) where they confirmed the diagnosis. And again confirmed that the tire tread was fine and changing the tires would not fix the issue and the rear diff needs to be replaced. The service department was rude. They were incompetent and refused to rectify their mistake. If you go here to get your car serviced you unfortunate very well may leave paying them money but with the issue still present. More
I had to make an appointment to bring my car in, which I didn't mind, but then my car sat their for 3 days before they got to it. The second time around I let them know I didn't care when the appointment wa didn't mind, but then my car sat their for 3 days before they got to it. The second time around I let them know I didn't care when the appointment was, as long as they could get to it. So I made an appointment a week in advance and after 4 days they still hadn't gotten to it yet, so I picked up my car and took it somewhere else. More
Not professional business ! !!!! stay away ((Do not))) trade your car in this place. I had the worst experience possible. I trade my car at this dealership with Randel, the sal !!!! stay away ((Do not))) trade your car in this place. I had the worst experience possible. I trade my car at this dealership with Randel, the salesman. I never got my check with a difference in my car trade. Randel and the dealership management kept sending me back and forth to the secretary of state and giving me wrong and false information about documents they wanted from me, and it ended up not being true. After a week of playing games, I was told that I could get my check today. I called this morning, and they told me to call after 15 minutes. After 3 hours of playing games, I finally got fed up and went to the dealership to get my money. When I got there, they told me they couldn't give me my check because the company's owner had to sign or my check, and it is in Wixom, so I had to wait till the end of the day to give me my money. I told them I would not leave the place without my check, and within minutes, they gave me my check right away. Apparently, no driver or owner needed to sign the check. It was just a game to delay the check. I would never do business with the dealership again. More
Visited New Hudson Feldman KIA for a 2023 Soul 3 months prior. To shorten this, the preliminary figures came out to $610.00. They would not totally pay off my vehicle and indicated $2300.00 that would roll prior. To shorten this, the preliminary figures came out to $610.00. They would not totally pay off my vehicle and indicated $2300.00 that would roll over regardless of the quote from Carvana. KIA of Canton not only paid off the loan but the monthly payment was $452.00 for the same 2023 KIA Soul and same trade in vehicle. How curious. Their sales staff seems to change as often as the weather. With that said, I talked with a previous sales person (Initial contact, who had left because he did not agree with their business practices-seems to a pattern here) who shared that many positive feed back are posted by employees. Well-I am not, nor have I been an employee there. More

It seemed to be going ok, but Moose (Jeramie) kept telling us things that did not add up. Adding $5K to the sticker of a car not coming in until August, AND insisting that it could be taken from someone else who put just a deposit by selling it to us today. Complete sale, signatures and payment set up now or it will be gone as there are no other 23 or 24 models at this trim coming in at all. He also told us the dealer we had a deposit on for another car, "Did not have it, I can see it, that dealer is lying to you". This all made us uncomfortable, and not trusting for sure. He seemed to say he was being straight, no pressure with us, repeatedly, but I think it was definitely a sales tactic, to say a deposit is meaningless, and if we purchase, sight unseen there is no way out of the sale? If these cars are so easy to sell over sticker, why wouldn't it quick to sell if we didn't take it when it finally shows up? After reading their reviews, I confirm my feelings that this was very bad management to allow these sales tactics. The AG should look into this dealership and stay far away. More
Very unhappy and upset and felt cheated. I went to the dealership yesterday 7/14/2022 for a teluride delt with Andrew Fledman and Bill Groth i was quoted an interest rate of 5.99 and 75 mon I went to the dealership yesterday 7/14/2022 for a teluride delt with Andrew Fledman and Bill Groth i was quoted an interest rate of 5.99 and 75 months to get to a payment of $730 per month. Later when I went to finance manager the interest rate was lowered to 4.49 and extended to 84 months and payment stayed at 730 per month. When i was going over the warranty paper i relied on the finance manager to go over options but at the time of signing that paper it was mentioned this is your standard agreement sign here and next page here is your payment sign here. I signed trusting this finance manger to have full disclosure. I asked what is this $4900 service contract he said its included in the payment price. I did not want to purchase this at all so next day 7-15-2022 i went to the dealer but after waiting 2 hours at the dealer and the way they spoke to me was very confrontational. I was told By the finance manager that they dnt have to cancel the $4900 service plan since I already signed even though I came back to the dealer within 15 hours of signing the paper work. This happend to another person I found a review online earlier this year on dealer rater. I feel like i was fraudulently delt with and now i am stuck with a higher monthly payment for 7 years. Sales manager was upset that “they went above and beyond to get me extended term and lower rate” but that gave the dealership no right to make financial decisions and add service plans without me asking for me and making me sign without disclosing fully what i am signing. Check their actual reviews on dealer rater. I wish i had checked that before going there. More

Took almost a full month to get my contract emailed to me. I called and emailed looking for it multiple times and no reply. So I finally got my paperwork emailed to me and it looks like the warranty they me. I called and emailed looking for it multiple times and no reply. So I finally got my paperwork emailed to me and it looks like the warranty they sold me was $3,500 which I didn’t realize. My salesman didn’t mention the warranty once, literally once during the entire deal but when I returned to question it he hit me with the “remember when?” No sir you never mentioned that the deal you brought me had a warranty rolled into it without asking if I wanted it or showing me figures without it. The finance manager that finished off my sale said it was just because I was buying it through them that I was getting this warranty, “perk of returning to them” is how he phrased it. No not really, as there are cheaper warranties elsewhere. I did, however, circle back check out the full contract. $14,500 was the total cost of my vehicle, still higher than the pay off. Reason why is because it wasn’t a dealer fee to help me complete the buy out, no no not at all. They actually bought my care and sold it back to me. $12,738 was the total cost of the buyout, a buyout is flat figure. That extra $1,762 was just them deciding to get a nice chunk for themselves. I know this because I just completed my wife’s buyout on her Jeep, higher value vehicle with a significantly lower warranty and flat buyout. Jeramie Brown was my salesman, also a former finance manager. So I got finessed front to back by a dream team of financial predators. Naive of me to think that because I’m a returning customer I’d actually be treated well. Won’t make that mistake again. Do yourself a favor and stay away. I got the same length and coverage of warranty on my wife’s vehicle for half the cost direct from the dealer we bought her car from, Golling Chrysler in Bloomfield (highly recommend). This was shady and foul.I won’t be back and you should avoid going. More
