First of all we have discovered that their prices end up being more competitive because their department knows this model. Another estimate might look like you are saving a few dollars, but be aware that labor costs for someone that doesn't know a Hyundai are always higher. I can always get an appointment to suit my schedule. This appointment was for a tune up, oil change and to repair a squeak. Matt explained everything thoroughly and helped us to decide what our 100,000 mile car needed to get our daughter through another year at college. As she is away when she is at school, we like to anticipate any issues so she isn't stranded when we can't help. Our cost was less than the original estimate and we also bought a detailing package. Detailing was really great. College students are........messy, so it wasn't a simple job. We have owned this car since new and have never had a major problem. Feldman helps us keep everything running smoothly and we are always happy with their service department. More
