Lied to get me in the door I found a used car on Cars.com, contacted the dealership and spoke with Dontrell De'Vaughn. He told me the vehicle went up for sale yesterday. I asked I found a used car on Cars.com, contacted the dealership and spoke with Dontrell De'Vaughn. He told me the vehicle went up for sale yesterday. I asked if it was still available he said yes. I told him I would be driving an hour and a half to see it, he said it was there and not sold yet. I told him I was on the way. My husband and I both took off work and drove there immediately. We arrived and were told, sorry that car was sold this morning. Really? Because as of 11:36 a.m. it was not and you sent me a car fax on the vehicle. I asked to speak to the manager. Don came back and said he's sorry for the mistake but he has been told to "make it right". I again asked to speak with the manager. The manager did not come out. This dealership will say anything to get you in the door so they can "make it right". As if I'm going to reward their lying by giving them my business. Don't waste your time! More

Upon the decision to upgrade to a 2016 I went to the sales floor where I was given a reasonable amount on a trade it on the present car. I had received discount information in the mail which I presented. When the numbers began changing and the discounts were not being used as stated on the Hyundai promotions, we chose to leave and used a different dealership where we purchased a different make and model with more features for less money. With such a good relationship with the service department, it was very disappointing that the sales department choses to work this way. More
