Corrected the issue Persistent noise came from the front of the car every time it would be in reverse. Service dept was unable to diagnose the cause during the first vis Persistent noise came from the front of the car every time it would be in reverse. Service dept was unable to diagnose the cause during the first visit but clearly identified it the 2nd time around. Thankfull it was still covered under the powertrain warranty. As always, service dept manager, Matt, was very professional, friendly and thorough whenever he explained the situation and work that needed to be done. Initially, several years back I chose Feldman Hyundai out of convenience being it was close to home but it's good to build a relationship with one single place when it comes to servicing your vehicle. Especially when it offers it at a fair price. Big thanks to Matt and his service team. More
