I took my 2003 Ford Escort ZX2 to this location with in mind that I could get a vibration on the front end area checked and repaired since it is a Ford Establishment. I was required to leave my car there o mind that I could get a vibration on the front end area checked and repaired since it is a Ford Establishment. I was required to leave my car there overnight. The next day, upon receiving a message that my car was ready to be picked up. When I arrived to the service department, I was told that the mechanic that got my car stated that he couldn't find anything wrong with the vehicle. I then requested to speak with that same mechanic. Upon his arrival, I asked if the vehicle would be safe to drive and he answered with the affirmative. I then took possession of my car and departed the area. On my way home I noticed that the vibration in the front end of the vehicle was still there. More

I all ways go to them for service because of the service department and the people who work there like MR Keith SLAPPEY and his boss who gave the ok to help out with the bill also to MR mike vigil as well I also tell any one I know to buy a car or something used for both of there stores and for service More
Completed recall but communication needs to improve I called a few weeks ago to get parts for a Ford Explorer recall. When I asked how long it’d take they couldn’t answer it and said the service manage I called a few weeks ago to get parts for a Ford Explorer recall. When I asked how long it’d take they couldn’t answer it and said the service manager could advise me later. A few days prior to the appointment I called to speak with a service advisor and was told I’d be advised the day I come in. Then I asked if I could get a loaner vehicle due to the recall because I needed transportation and this inconvenience was the mfg fault. I dropped it off at 8am and was denied a loaner but was told the shuttle would pick me up at 9am to take me anywhere within a 10 mile radius. At 9:35 the shuttle arrived and took me home. The driver was excellent, best part of the process. After I got home I was sent a message from the dealer that my car was ready. I feel that Customer Service could’ve had a better idea of how long this recall would’ve actually taken given that it probably was not the first one that they had done, however I was not informed of anything other than it would be ready by the end of the day. Had I waited another 15 to 20 minutes at the dealer I could’ve just driven my own vehicle home but instead I had to then get an Uber back to the dealership to pick up my vehicle. There is a general lack of concern and consideration of the customers time and I will not be using this dealer in the future. I’d rather drive an extra 1/2 hr and get better service. More

They ran a few minutes passed the expected service time and made me feel as though they valued my time and hated to waist it. It wasn’t a problem, but I did appreciate their attention to my time value. More

Oil change 2.75 hrs for an oil change while waiting is unacceptable . I asked how long it would take before service and was told an hour. 2.75 hrs for an oil change while waiting is unacceptable . I asked how long it would take before service and was told an hour. More

Surprsingly, this was the most horrendous experience. Overall and as best I can articulate the extent of my experience in a nutshell, I was victimized in every way possible when I chose Allan Vigil/Fayet Overall and as best I can articulate the extent of my experience in a nutshell, I was victimized in every way possible when I chose Allan Vigil/Fayetteville from which to purchase a 2019 Ford Escape Titantium, minus moonroof:a "bait & switch" due to being sent an email w/the FINAL PRICE & discounts/rebates: the 2019 Ford Escape Titantium I wanted, (exact same make/model/features), but in a different color and, of course, the VIN number would be different. The entire financial transaction was shady, illegal and plain wrong. In good faith, I scheduled & attempted a meeting w/several days advance notice with both Mr. Curtis Parker (sales professional) and Mr. Ken Smith, Sales Manager. However, I briefly saw Mr. Parker who was busy with another customer. I was told that Mr. Smith "had a doctor's appointment"....Though I was taken to Mr. Hawkin's office and asked for Mr. Parker to come to the meeting that I had set up w/him and Mr. Smith, Mr. Hawkins very angrily told me that the salesperson was "assisting other customers and didn't have time to come talk with me." The comptroller came & sat in the "meeting" w/Mr. Hawkins and me, for reasons I didn't understand. Towards the end of a wasted meeting, Mr. Hawkins attempted to pacify me by saying that "the comptroller had found another $175.00 that she would sent to me in the mail. That was the ultimate insult added to the deceptive "bait & switch"advertising scenario of the 2019 Ford Escape Titanium that this dealership sold to me at a much higher price; this dealership withheld the discounts/rebates from me that it advertised for its customers...along with the rebates/discounts, low percentage financing rate due me as Ford retiree and because of my very high Beacon score. I've already filed complaints with Ford's Customer Care department, and am in the process of doing with same w/the State Consumer Protection Agency, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, Federal Trade Commission regarding Allan Vigil/Fayetteville deceptive car ads, among other charges. I simply wanted to buy a new vehicle and to be treated as fairly as the other customers. I didn't want to take this route, but the management at this dealership refuses to admit to or correct this entire transaction that was NOT aboveboard, ethical and has tainted my viewpoint. On our AAP-UAW Facebook page, I will caution each & everyone of my Ford retiree friends and Ford ex-co workers against buying any product from this dealership in the Fayetteville, Georgia location.
