The rating was due to the fact that John (sales manager) said he would get us out of the car due to the problems it has been having and then changed his tune. He completely back tracked and has not been willing to work with us on a solution at all. Bernie is the only one we have been dealing with that is responsive and apologetic!

Fix the problem or get us out of the car that continues having problems. We gave the option that we would keep the car but the dealership should pay for the extended warranty and no response was given which in my opinion means no. The other option was sell the car back after taking a HUGE financial loss on the vehicle which didn't make sense so we are stuck with a car that has problems and no options from Faulkner/Ciocca!
