This appointment was to replace break pads and rotors on my Buick Encore. The problem had been diagnosed a week earlier so when I came to get the work done I expected that everything would be there to do t my Buick Encore. The problem had been diagnosed a week earlier so when I came to get the work done I expected that everything would be there to do the job. They didn't have the one part which added an hour to my wait. The lady at the payment desk was very nice and offered to have someone take me to get some lunch. At that point my car was almost done so that didn't make sense to me. They offered to take me home and come back later. That also is an hour so I chose to wait. More
