Great Experience I was running late and they still honored my appointment and on top of that managed to get me out the door in 30 minutes. It is set for me and don't like the changes that someone made. They are only in the seat for a fue minuets to move the vehicle. The can be uncomfortable for a short time. Leave the seat alone. I had a question about the way the hill braking system. Asked the person who checked me in and he said that he would ask the service manager. I don't think he did. He gave me an off the wall answer that made no sense. Why can't the service manager come out and explain if I had a question instead of a go between trying to answer a question of concern that he had no logecal answer to. I still don't have an answer on the proper use of the braking of the vehicle. I'm not a person to argue to someone who did not have the proper answer. You should have a place on the work order that the customer wants to talk to the service manager. More

State Inspection & general maintenance I purchased my vehicle at Faulkner and have brought it there since the beginning. The vehicle is only recreationally driven so maintenance is not rea I purchased my vehicle at Faulkner and have brought it there since the beginning. The vehicle is only recreationally driven so maintenance is not really by the miles. The Service Advisor (Jim Keyser) understands and recommends maintenance as needed. Recently he provided estimates for the next inspection or perhaps the one after depending on vehicle useage. This is an excellent approach for budgeting. More

The repair department did a fantastic job fixing my vehicle and it was finished on the day that Mike DiJulio promised. They even washed, vacuumed and cleaned the inside which I didn’t expect. Hopefully I will not have to use them again but if I need another vehicle repair, I will go back to Faulkner More
