I knew which car I wanted and how much I wanted for my trade in and how much I wanted to pay for the new car and they were able to meet my needs. Everything was terrific except: when my phone did not sync with the car via bluetooth, Frank quickly moved past the glitch and did not tell me this is a common problem. I would have been happier if he ha sync with the car via bluetooth, Frank quickly moved past the glitch and did not tell me this is a common problem. I know now that my phone will not sync, and that I must buy a new model in order to do so, but the exchange did not involve full disclosure on Frank's part. More

I felt that Ryan did an excellant job. I'm a prepared shopper and do not appreciate the typical sales pitch that you see far to often. With Ryan, I never felt like he was trying to sell me the car just shopper and do not appreciate the typical sales pitch that you see far to often. With Ryan, I never felt like he was trying to sell me the car just to generate a sale. Right from the start he was more interested in getting me to become a loyal customer by being honest and getting me a good price on the car I wanted. I did not give a 5 on price because I did receive a price from another that was materially lower. In fairness I never asked Ryan to match the lower price since we had already agreed on a price and put down a deposit on a new car. Ryan also helped get me a car that statisfied our requirements earler than planned by trading with another dealer. Overall we are very pleased with our experience. More
