Having heard so much about the Kia Soul, I thought that might be the perfect vehicle for me. I went to Fathers and Sons, hoping that I could qualify for a car loan. I went through a horrible divorce, and might be the perfect vehicle for me. I went to Fathers and Sons, hoping that I could qualify for a car loan. I went through a horrible divorce, and had a terrible credit score, so I thought. Tony greeted us upon arrivall , I was able to choose a Kia Soul, took it for a test drive, did a credit check and was able to drive away with a new car all in the same day. Working with Tony was so simple and hassle free. There wasn't any pressure and he quoted me a monthly payment plan, that was under the amount that I quoted as being a realistic payment for me. How often does that happen? I was introduced to the office manager, great guy. I can not express how friendly the Kia family at Fathers and Sons is. If it was up to me, everyone has a chance to drive a Kia, if they choose. Keep up the great work guys, because the product that you all represent is awesome. I LOVE MY KIA SOUL. This was the best experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. A sense of trust was established right when I walked in the door and they handed me the keys for a test drive...that's huge. I came in with some price quotes and knowledge of the Kia Optima, Walter and Lee took that into consideration and gave me a good price. I told them I wasn't fooling around as I had gone to Gerry Rome Kia of Optima, Walter and Lee took that into consideration and gave me a good price. I told them I wasn't fooling around as I had gone to Gerry Rome Kia of Enfield and had a bitter taste on how they do business over there. They make you feel like they care, the staff is quite freindly. Walter told me he would meet me at 8am to get car inspected and registered. I was there at 7:45 so the customer service team took me right in and sure enough Walter was there at 8am as he promised. We talked a little and the car was done in a jiffy and I was on my way to work. I would highly recommend going to Fathers & Sons and will be recommending this dealership in the future. I am very impressed with the Jetta that my daughter chose for herself. I find the vehicle very comfortable and the safety features are a great relief for the protection it provides my daughter and granddau for herself. Your staff was exemplary from the moment we walked in and our sales associate Frank Marvici was knowledgeable and treated us as with a “let’s sit no pressure atmosphere” which I found different and refreshing. I am convincing myself to purchase a higher MPG car and will visit you when I make up my mind. My Daughter visited your service depetarment to purchase floor matts and found the service and personal commitment of the staff above her expectation. She has told me that she will do all her service there when the service aggrement is over because of your commitment to customer satisfaction. I found myself in need of a car right away- and since I'd already done my due diligence in choosing a Kia Rio, I went to the West Springfield dealership on March 9. I had already spoken with Tony back in January, as at that time I was thinking about 2 cars, one for my son and one for me. I ended up selling my car to my son and went to find Tony to buy one for myself. The Kia Rio 5s are pretty hot, there were none on the lot so he found me one elsewhere- but by the time he tried to get it, it was already sold. I did not know about that, and found it out sort of accidently through the insurance company. After questioning him about it, he told me he would find me another, and he did, in New Jersey. I was supposed to have the car Tuesday, March 13. There was a paperwork snafu and we agreed wednesday would be better- but when I got there at the pre-appointed time, I still could not have the car (title had not come) but at least he had a loaner for me. I signed all the paperwork and took the loaner. the title came in Thursday, and by 4pm I was ready to take my new car home. It was an extremely easy new car purchase! My only suggestion would be to keep the buyer in the loop when things don't go as planned. I'm sure you don't want to bother the customer with details, but my granddaughter was visiting on Wednesday and since I could not have the car that day anyway, I should have been informed so I could have chosen the option whether to go and pick up the loaner or just wait for the title to come.
