It was a straight forward transaction. I initially met with Ryan and David knowing already what model year and trim I wanted. I gave them a price (several hundred dollars above dealers cost) and they hon with Ryan and David knowing already what model year and trim I wanted. I gave them a price (several hundred dollars above dealers cost) and they honored it. With that out of the way, finding a suitable color was all that was required. Unfortunately they did not have the trim let alone the color of vehicle I wanted on inventory. To be fair, I was looking for a 2012 Tiguan SEL with premium nav/dynaudio and only a few dealerships in the northeast had them on stock at this time. Color choices was extremely limited. They located the nearest vehicle, arranged for a swap and got my unit in-house 2 days later. There was one thing I found disappointing though. I wanted to use my credit card to earn some points to pay part of the costs of this car but they would only allow $2500. I truly wish they would allow a lot more. So instead I arranged for a money transfer to their bank account and opted to finance a smaller balance to avail of Volkswagen 1.9 percent promotional rate. I must commend them for going out of the way to deliver the SUV to my office. It was a wet/damp day but Anthony dressed in a suit and all, removed the plates from my old Acura and mounted them on my new ride. This was just before I joined him in the parking lot. He then took the time to show me how to work the different gadgets (paired my phone, setting up the navigation and Climatronic systems, etc.) The very next day I got a follow up call and text from Anthony and Ryan respectively making sure I had no issues. So overall I found the whole buying experience pleasant and painless. You have to check them out! More
