Family KIA was very professional and straight forward with my trade in and the purchase of my new Telluride. When I should up to pick up my new Telluride the paperwork was ready and the process was simp with my trade in and the purchase of my new Telluride. When I should up to pick up my new Telluride the paperwork was ready and the process was simply. My salesman Richard took the time to set up my new KIA Connect as well as cancel the balance of my prior description which resulted in a rebate. Richard also set up my Bluetooth and transferred window stickers from my old vehicle. Overall I was very pleased with the process and would recommend Richard and Family KIA.
