The service department totally misdiagnosed an HEV, actuator and transmission issue estimating the repairs to be up to $5800, with a suggestion to replace the transmission. Turns out their diagnosis actuator and transmission issue estimating the repairs to be up to $5800, with a suggestion to replace the transmission. Turns out their diagnosis seemingly did not include checking the hydraulic fluid reservoir, which was empty. Very basic, first thing any real mechanic would check. Filled at home, and the car now runs perfectly. Now to find out why the reservoir was empty … it is either a leak, or it was evacuated and not refilled. It has not shown any leakage since I refilled it, and it is still full, so, I am putting this on the dealership. Marius, the GM and owner, the service director and “Spike” a service desk guy, are sorely lacking in the communications dept, having not returned calls or answered emails … ever after numerous attempts. Need more info and facts, contact me and you see it all. More
we purchased our first new kia and were charged for mud guards,wheel locks,first oil change a full detail ,lifetime carwashes and paint protection none of which were on the car and the dealer refuse to giv guards,wheel locks,first oil change a full detail ,lifetime carwashes and paint protection none of which were on the car and the dealer refuse to give us a written we owe for any of it the finance man sold up an extended warranty but miss represented it as to the coverage and when questioned he simply said family kia would honor those promises meaning no other dealer would and when ask to cancel it he got upset and made us wait a long time for our money back also they demand you give them a great review and hand you a cheat sheet on what to say and since i did not follow it they started to treat us poorly and would not return calls or emails this dealer will say anything to sell you a car and in the end will cheat you i strongly advise you to shop other kia dealers and steer clear of this entire dealership sales,parts and service they are just dishonest.the only reason we purchased the car was no other dealer had the color we desired. More

What a bad business practice coming from the service dept. Calling me after my oil change and telling me my free contract is expired and demanding payment over the phone after the job was done and I was dept.
