Don’t assume that what you are being told at the dealership is the truth, verify before you buy. My car came with tires not suited for it. A EV comes from the factory with heavy load tires. I was told they would be good for 75 thousand miles. They lasted for 22,000 miles ,since they were not heavy load tires. I have to buy new tires, only nine months after purchasing my brand new vehicle. On the other hand, their maintenance department is awesome! Very considerate, and honest! I will not purchase another car at this dealership, but as long I have it, I would definitely use their maintenance department! More

I talked to sales on Thursday about a car they had listed online. Sheila said to come in for a test drive. Friday a family member went by to look at the car. They were told it had not arrived yet. Family member got the vibe they weren't being honest about the car. I specifically asked about any additional fees/actual walk out the door price 4-5 times. Not until I asked specifically about a dealer fee did Sheila guess - I never got an actual answer. It was hard to get any information. She just kept pushing a test drive even after I explained that I'm not local and my car has completely died. More

Beware. The website shows one price but when you get there everything is marked up by $10k or more for the most basic cars and they are very aggressive if you mention it. They dare you to find any other dealership that sells at sticker price but the funny thing is there are dealerships all over that sell at msrp so this kind of behavior only hurts the Kia brand hurts their reputation and will end with them losing sales in the long run. Here is the deal. Came in to look at a used car advertised on the "net" for $5543-. I have been in the Automobile industry for over 30 years. I was looking for a suitable replacement for a vehicle my daughter totaled. I would obviously get her one from my own dealership.
