I purchased a CPO car from the dealer. Was told that it was one price and couldn't go lower. As I am getting done with the paper work they lower the price of the car 1200.00 online. When I confronted them about it they said they won't honor that price and I am stuck with the car. As I am driving the change oil alert comes on and says to have it serviced. Look at the oil and it is dark, "was not changed dark", go in and the managers are straight up rude and say they changed it 900 miles ago. Told them I wanted out of the car deal then as they didn't change the oil and I can only assume did not look the car over. Manager again was rude and told me that is not going to happen. Sad when a local "Family" run dealer becomes shady! Definitely can't recommend them for sales or service. More
I purchased a used 2019 Kia Soul from Family Kia the car has had nothing but problems. The engine is now failing, but was excluded from the Class Action Settlement because the engine was 1.6 liter. I bought my car a few weeks back, however I'd come in for some service and received an excellent detail for the second time, I was even able to personally meet the owner himself who said to bring my car up a some service and received an excellent detail for the second time, I was even able to personally meet the owner himself who said to bring my car up anytime for a detail since I'm doing business with family Kia. I stopped in today but ended up having to run to a meeting, the men were hard at work and the owner was working as well what great integrity he has. My father was in the car business and he ALWAYS said detail is the heart of the house without them the business just doesn't run! Kudos kiddos , and God bless More
My daughters car broke down and we are visiting Saint Augustine from out of town. We went in to see cars. He’s so patient and considerate it was such a pleasure, we then went to see Jason in finance who made the financing so easy for the purchase and the purchasing of the extended warranty. It was such a great pleasure to deal with this dealership. the consideration and soft touches we were given by Caleb and Jason were greatly appreciated and noted. They are terrific. . Thank you for making my daughters first purchase such a pleasure, so smooth and so hassle free. More
Not having good luck with Family Kia of Saint Augustine service department. Brought my 2021 kia Sportage nightfall edition for the second time to have the black metal window trim replaced due to the black service department. I waited about a month then I called and was told my parts have been there, no one called to inform me of this the parts person said he would inform the service department and have them call to set up an appointment. No one ever called once again. So I called to set it up myself, only to be told it would be at lease three weeks before I could get in. Well today 7/11/23 I had the repairs done only to find one rubber window seal torn and one trim piece dented, when I showed my adviser he commented they must have come that way and that he would reorder them. My question is why install damaged parts? So I guess I will wait once again to hopefully have my car properly repaired. Not happy having to return multilabel times to have this done! More

Totally agree with Johns review below back in May 2023 I had the same experience two days later on may 6th! This was my third brand new car and this dealership experience was the worst! I thought my pre had the same experience two days later on may 6th! This was my third brand new car and this dealership experience was the worst! I thought my previous experiences were bad but nope they don’t even compare. Just one example of how terrible they are was the sales sticker was $41,280 (protection package included) but charged $44,284? More
Service center is incompetent. Needed a/c diagnostic. Soonest appointment was 4 weeks later! Go in. Dealership had replaced the compressor 23,000 miles prior. Their diagnostic was "we need to throw some parts at it. There is a clog in the low pressure system. We do not know. Recommend we start throwing parts at it beginning with the low pressure line for $1,700." This is not diagnostic! They charged $200! I left. I looked at the Kia manual. There was specific information for testing everything, and if I had the computer they have, I would have known exactly what was wrong immediately. Instead, I spend a few hours and $80 on parts/freon and repaired it myself. It was NOT a clog. It was the electronic control valve. The shop's GDS would have identified this if they would have followed Kia's service manual. More
