There for recall I know that part of going to a dealership when you get a recall is they check everything for you which I appreciate. However sometimes they recommend things that are not needed which is very frustrating. Was told I needed outer left tire rod which would lead to a front end alignment. I had two others check and they said the tire rod was not needed. There is some rust but there is no play as they suggested. I just don’t appreciate because I’m a woman feeling like they can just take advantage of me. That would’ve been over $450 for parts and labor and something that wasn’t necessary at this point. People in service are phenomenal though! Very friendly and helpful! They want to charge way too much for parts. It’s just not this dealership, it’s typical for all dealerships. More
Slow service Appointment for oil change took 1-1/2 hours. Never had to wait that long before. Then when I left the dealership my low tire light came on. First time service I brought my Sante Fe in for its first oil change. My service advisor was James Rich who was very helpful.
