We were traveling from NY to NV. Our rear blinker bulb failed. We called first thing in the AM on Monday the 25th without an appointment. They took us in shortly after we arrived and had us back on the failed. We called first thing in the AM on Monday the 25th without an appointment. Figured out our transmission issues We were having issues with our transmission as we were towing a small trailer with lawn mower on. Transmission jerked. Since we had this same issue We were having issues with our transmission as we were towing a small trailer with lawn mower on. Transmission jerked. Since we had this same issue although less traumatic shortly after purchase of the 2016 and there were no known issues that could be found at that time. This time (May 2019) we worried it was a fault with the transmission and with the 3 years 60,000 mile warranty we wanted it know about this problem - Family Ford found that other owners had the same issue and an upgrade to the vehicle software seems to have taken care of the issue. We won't know until we try to tow again. Also a little bit of operator error (for not reading the vehicle manual on towing and using Driver Assist). More
