I was so tired of the same line of BS from all the dealers "Finance and you get another thousand off." when looking to close on a 2012 F-150 XTL. I had a cash deal and I was being treated l dealers "Finance and you get another thousand off." when looking to close on a 2012 F-150 XTL. I had a cash deal and I was being treated like I had Leprosy because dealers couldn't get the back end monies from the finance programs with me. Terry was the first dealer (can I literally called 30 dealers in the state) that really heard what I said, knew what my limits were and didn't push, but rather laughed with me about all the games, all the while just calming me down, for I was really just gonna say "I am gonna look for a RAM". Then the man came through, and got me my cash deal, with every incentive under the sun. When Family Ford says its relaxed and low-key, they really mean it...I could feel myself deescalating on the phone with Terry, and just laughing with him, as he truly listened, and took care of business. Ask for Terry Millman, you will not go wrong, straightforward and really truly honest...that's saying a lot from someone who met 30 other dealers, hearing lies upon lies about what could and could not be done.
