Back to the dealership and told Brian that it seems a little small, explained a little bit more and he started to show me some other cars that he thought might be a better fit. I thank Brian for doing that. Sometimes these things can get a little confusing but anyway Brian took the time I needed and the next day I went back and purchased the car that I decided on. I ended up purchasing the car and when I came to pick it up come to find out that he put all new tires and brakes on it without me asking. How many car dealers do that? I would definitely recommend them and will not hesitate to visit them for future car purchases. More

He put no pressure on me to buy being confident in his inventory of what I was interested in. For me, it was a "No Brainer" I wanted that truck, I'm going to GET that truck. I put a deposit down, the truck was now held till I set up money to buy and paperwork (Ins and DMV) to drive it off the Lot. I arrive at Faletti's and here comes my Baby all clean and shiny, service work done inspected and ready for a Plate to be slapped on and driven away. the paperwork was ready upon my arrival, I was in and out, relieved, happy and ready to enjoy my new vehicle. (I didn't get a free XXL T shirt) but I did get a Beautiful New Truck! Thanks to Faletti Motors in Batavia NY and their Salesman Brian for making me smile every day I get in it! More

He was not pushy but made sure I knew if I had any questions he would be happy to help. I found two cars that I was very interested in. A couple days later I went back to test drive them. As I was looking for something affordable yet reliable I found exactly what I was looking for. The vehicle I wanted hadn't been inspected by the shop yet so they called over to see when it could be checked out and he said he would fit it into his schedule immediately. I purchased the vehicle and it was ready for my to pick up the very next day. They have great customer service very friendly and accomidating! More

Great customer service. Brian Jackson went above and beyond to get me the car of my dreams. He stayed late twice so we could test drive it and take care of the paperwork... AND when I secured a bank loan and told him the interest rate he said he could beat it and he did by 2 points. All in all very easy to do business with and will drive all the way from Rochester to Batavia to see them again when and if I need service. And the LEXUS totally rocks! More
