Fine flexible service Brian was very nice to work with. I took a long test drive then took the car for a couple of hours for my mechanic's inspection. Once we finished the Brian was very nice to work with. I took a long test drive then took the car for a couple of hours for my mechanic's inspection. Once we finished the deal I was about to leave with by beautifully detailed Boxter we discovered a malfunction in the passenger door lock. They got on it right away. Took the car to the Porsche dealer for diagnosis and to order the new door latch. I'm looking forward to getting that resolved with the courtesy and efficiency I have learned to expect from the people at Falleti motors. More

It went better than I hoped for. The vehicle had been cleaned for us and was garaged waiting for our appointment. Brian had all of the paperwork ready as well as a temporary tag allowing us to drive it back. 30 minutes after we purchased the vehicle and left, we noticed there was no Owner's manual in the glove box. A quick call to Brian and without hesitation he drove and met us with a complete manual. Another example of the personal touch and putting the customer first.
