I received excellent service from Falleti Motors... I walked in on a Saturday afternoon. I was greeted in the lot by Brian Jackson. Brian was extremely knowledgeable about the cars on the lot and I was able to choose the vehicle that would best suit my needs relying on his expertise. I took the Cobalt for a test drive, and decided I would purchase this vehicle that day. Brian and his associate assisted me in filling out the proper paperwork so I would have my car the following Monday, June 24th. I received a phone from Brian the morning of the day I was to pick up my car. He informed me everything was ready and I could pick up the car at the agreed upon time. I picked up my car and drove it away within 15 minutes. I was informed if I had any problems, concerns, or anything to stop by. I have stopped a couple times and they were true to their word. I had not received my registration as I thought it was coming through the DMV, however when I stopped at the Dealership, the Receptionist informed me it was mailed from Falleti Motors. I went through my mail and found the registration. I am extremely happy with the entire experience I had with Falleti Motors. When my Dad was alive he would drive by Falleti Motors and always say he wanted to stop and check the cars out......He never got that chance....but I did....Thanks for the tip Dad....! More

For the first time in a very long time I felt like I wasn't being taken advantage of by a dealership. I had a great conversation with the guy at the desk and the work done to my truck was quick and on wasn't being taken advantage of by a dealership.
