I was greeted as I entered the door and was immediately asked I needed service. The Customer Service Representative was delightful. She had a smile her face, spoke clearly and was very efficient in explaining what service needed to be don. She walked me to the waiting area where she pointed out snacks and a variety of drinks. My complete waiting time was less than 45 minutes and she checked up on me 1 time during the 45 minutes to make sure I did not need anything. Checkout was a breeze as was her explanation of what had been done. So far, I have been throughly won over by my Subaru people at Fairview in Greenville, SC More
