Great deals, no pressure, knowledgeable about their products. I went in to see what had changed since I purchased my Subaru Forester from Fairway in 2016. I was less than impressed with Fairway’s service in the Subaru division on my visit today. I have been going to a dealership in Lexington KY for 2 years, just returned to Greenville after 5 years. When I l Subaru division on my visit today. I have been going to a dealership in Lexington KY for 2 years, just returned to Greenville after 5 years. When I lived in Greenville 5 years ago, I regularly brought my outback in for service. The young man who helped me had zero personality, aero people skills and came across as having zero knowledge in his job. He did not speak to me first, did not Introduce himself, and did not ask me a thing about my car. At first he could not find my appointment, then he never asked me a single thing about what I needed done, explained what they would do or how long it would take. I would expect a large dealership to have qualified people working, even in the reception area and even on a Saturday.. I have know a Fairway for over 35 years and been pleased before here but I will try another Subaru dealership before I come back here for service and purchasing. So disappointed in this customer service experience. More
