awesome service My husband and I drove to Bristol motor speedway from florida. As soon as we got there our truck Broke. We were stranded 700 miles from home! We called a Ford dealer 2 miles from the track ,I explained our situation to them and what we needed....they never called us back. A young man at the track gave us the number of his brother in law who had Randy Hite call us. Randy called us right away and came to the track to pick us up. He took us back to Fairway Ford. Randy was very kind and patient.This was a unplanned purchase . He helped us find the new truck that was best for us. For such a stressful time for my husband and I, Randy Hite and the Fairway Ford team made this sale very easy for us. We got a very good deal for the f150 we picked out. After the sale service is terrible--would not go back Hello all, It has taken me and my wife years to be able to buy a new car and we chose fairway ford ,Kingsport tn to try to keep our money loc Hello all, It has taken me and my wife years to be able to buy a new car and we chose fairway ford ,Kingsport tn to try to keep our money local since this is where we work and live and are currently raising our little ones.We had the pleasure of working with Doug Cloud who is an exceptional salesman,knowledgeable yet not pushy.With that being said we will never give them another bit of our money or anyone else's money if I have anything to do with it. This is what happened .....We purchased a 2014 f150 new from them at a sound price and with the trust that the unbalanced tire(1tire) would work itself out after 500 miles.Ok I'll give it a try. Well we are at 2000 miles now after our beach trip and took truck in to get tire rebalanced and service manager basically had to take tire off rim to get to balance because that is what he told me.So instead of replacing one single tire and having lifelong customer they have been giving me runaround about rebalancing the tire because they want to make me happy...Seems to me replacing tire when they knew it was bad would have been right thing to do especially on new truck,but I can now see they want nothing to do with you after sale of vehicle because you can never get a bad tire to balance no matter the times you do it. I do hope this reaches the everyone considering buying new truck to go somewhere else because after the sale customer appreciation sure does mean a lot to me I can't speak for others but it's a shame to lose a young customer over a simple bad tire-- would hate to see what would happen if something major were to happen. Will have to travel out of town to spend money from now on,,what a shame ---Ken Ward More

One of my best car buying experiences. I ran across a 2012 GMC Sierra on the CarGurus.com website located at the Fairway Ford in Kingsport, TN, near my home. I looked at the truck for a co I ran across a 2012 GMC Sierra on the CarGurus.com website located at the Fairway Ford in Kingsport, TN, near my home. I looked at the truck for a couple days on their website and other vehicle search websites, i decided to contact them about the truck via the website. I received an email almost immediately from the manager thanking me for my interest. A few minutes later I got a call from the dealer to set me up with a test drive and to let me know Randy Hite would be my sales consultant. Randy also emailed me. Our schedule was not real conducive to test drives due to or children's sports programs and work. Fairway worked with us. I initially scheduled to go in first thing in the morning, and for the whole family to come by about 5:30 that afternoon. I showed up at 8:00, Randy was there and greeted me and let me test drive the truck, he had an Autocheck on the truck ready to go and was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. After speaking to my wife later, we decided she would not be able to make it in the evening but could go after lunch. I called Randy and he was more than happy to accommodate her. She arrived with our three sons. He took her on a test drive and answered her questions. He also made sure the boys fit in the truck and showed it to them. That evening I came back to talk price with him. Once that was done, I got my bill of sale and told him I would be back in the morning. During this time, Randy sent me an email about my family's test drive, and another to let me know he had the truck ready and would be waiting for me once I got through at the bank. The paperwork was simple, they processed it quickly, and had me on my way before lunch. Randy posted our picture on the dealership's FaceBook page. I had no surprises, was delivered the product as promised, and had courteous service all along the way. More

A GREAT Truck Buying Experience I had been searching pnline for a used 2013/2014 Ford F-150, XLT truck for over 4 months. I had missed several trucks at various locations in various states, due to other buyers beating me to the sale. I stumbled on a brand-new F-150 listed on an auto search site and traced it to Fairway Ford. Little did I know, they had made a huge purchase of brand-new F-150's in 2014 and still have several in stock! My telephone inquiry was handled professionally and resulted in follow-up calls to finalize the sale from 3 hours away. Salesman Doug Cloud, and all of the other staff members, were GREAT to deal with. They made the entire process easy and uncomplicated. I ended up with the truck I had been searching for, and it was brand-new, not used! I highly recommend Doug and the folks at Fairway Ford! I will definitely deal with them again! More
