Services with a Capitol 'S' for SO LAZY I work at a near by manufacturer and took my Ford Explorer to fairway for several oil changes "works" packages. For the last 3 changes I asked the ser I work at a near by manufacturer and took my Ford Explorer to fairway for several oil changes "works" packages. For the last 3 changes I asked the service rep to inspect the brakes because a vibration is starting to occur when braking at interstate speeds. For the past 3 times, "No problems, brakes are fine". The brakes were not fine, took it to another more reviewed ford dealer and saw for myself that the pads had worn into the rotors and had been past service life for some time. The are so lazy they do not even want to make money on service so I am going to help them. More
