Fast and Friendly These guys were courteous and friendly. Charlie was able to get us test driving the vehicles we liked very fast even though he had to jump one of them These guys were courteous and friendly. Once every thing was complete, he had the battery charged while we went to lunch. When we return the vehicle was ready and waiting. Great job guys. My mother is very happy with her new Ford Taurus. We had told ourselves we would not buy a vehicle from the first dealership we visited. We wanted to take our time and look around. However, our minds were about to be changed......... As soon as we arrived on the lot, Chance Turner met us with a great big smile. He found out what we were looking for and led us right to it without any delay. Chance Turner was not pushy and overwhelming. He was very professional. He was extremely patient in answering all our questions and understood our financial concerns. We both agree that Chance Turner is the most pleasant and helpful car salesman that we have ever dealt with in purchasing a vehicle. Never again Took my car in on a Friday for service. Was told I would be called that evening with an update. Never heard from service. I called on Tuesday to ge Took my car in on a Friday for service. Was told I would be called that evening with an update. Never heard from service. I called on Tuesday to get update. Had to try several times because phone was never answered. Was told that the tech would work on my car that evening and I would get an update. I also stated that I needed my car as soon as possible. Again, no return call. I called again (several times) Wednesday and was told tech was just starting on my vehicle. Dealership has had 5 days and no results. Meanwhile, I am out a vehicle and have to borrow a car to get to work. Finally got a call Thurs. morning that the problem was repaired, but they wanted to check my transmission. I told Nina I would call back in about 1/2 hour, as soon as I got home from work. When I called back, I got a tech, who put me on hold for Nina. It was never picked up. Tech took a message. Received a call late Friday afternoon that my car was ready to be picked, no other problems were found. I picked my car up, after not having it for 8 days, and went home. The service people used half a tank of gas, my car runs worse that it has ever run, and makes all kinds of rattling noises. I would not recommend this dealership to any one and I will never go there again. More
