Their sales personnel greeted me with a personal commitment/obligation of ensuring that I would be taken care of in the most expedient time possible. But not only that, they recommended and explained anything and everything wrong with the vehicle, insuring that I would not have to pay for unneeded/unwanted costly repairs in the future.
