Service After the Sale I found a Taurus on Cars.com at Fairway Ford and purchased the car remotely from the internet add. The car was in excellent condition and after 1 mon I found a Taurus on Cars.com at Fairway Ford and purchased the car remotely from the internet add. The car was in excellent condition and after 1 month I am very pleased with this vehicle. I found a problem with the wheels and tires after I got the car home and expressed my concerns to General Manager Mike Combs. Mike immediately addressed the issue and his team asked me to return to the dealership to allow them the opportunity to correct the problem. They resolved the issue immediately for no charge and made it clear my satisfaction was their primary goal. Sales Person Michelle Pascale was very friendly and helpful throughout the entire process and is a credit to the business. I would encourage anyone looking for a fair deal on a quality vehicle to check out Fairway Ford. I was exceptionally pleased with the service. I was exceptionally pleased with the service and level of professionalism during my visit which was due to a recall for the electric power steering co I was exceptionally pleased with the service and level of professionalism during my visit which was due to a recall for the electric power steering correction on my daughter's 2110 Ford Escape. Vincent Mancusi, the service representative, greeted me cordially and appeared to genuinely understand my frustration for having to bring this Escape in for a second recall within a three-month period. Although this was a "warranty" recall-service with no charge, I felt that the concern and correction was a priority for the dealership and not an inconvenience. The service was prompt and, and my car was returned in less than three hours. The recall service was a better experience than I had anticipated. More

After looking around while the work was being performed and talking to BJ, I drove away in yet Came in to have some service work done on my 2013 F150. Good Used Cars, but take your time My 2006 Ford Fusion was damaged in an accident on Friday, 18 July. For the last 8 year, I was very pleased with my Fusion so I went to Fairway Ford o My 2006 Ford Fusion was damaged in an accident on Friday, 18 July. For the last 8 year, I was very pleased with my Fusion so I went to Fairway Ford on Saturday to look at sales options. Chance Turner met me in the parking lot, asked about the accident, and then asked what kind of replacement vehicle I was looking for. He showed me the new 2014 Ford Fusions, which were way out of my price range ($34,000). Then he showed me a 2012 Ford Fusion that was in great shape with low mileage (6700). Chance and the sales staff went to work estimating the trade in value of my car ($4700), and the best price they could get me on the 2012 Fusion ($20,700). I would have preferred to have waited until Monday/Tuesday after I settled up with my insurance company, but the sales manager couldn't promise the low mileage 2012 Fusion would still be there. One thing left to resolve is to get the second key for the 2012 Fusion. The former owner didn't leave it with the car when she traded it in, but she lives nearby so Fairway Ford said they'd attempt to retrieve them. Strongly recommend Chance Turner as a sales representative. He keeps the customer's interests and needs in mind as he presents Fairway Ford;s extensive inventory of new and used vehicles. But, I recommend you get a price for the vehicle from the sales person before talking to anyone else in the Sales Department. Also, I strongly recommend waiting at least one day to be sure you're getting the best price. Looking back, I think I could have bought this used car for the same price ($20,700) without trading in my damaged vehicle. More

I pulled into the service area at Fairway Ford of Evans and asked them to take a look to see if they could xxxxx the situation and let me know what needed to be done to fix it. Nina looked at fuel door and said the housing was broken and looked up the part on her computer. She called parts to see if the item was in stock and gave me a quote to have the item replaced (I was still sitting in my truck when all of this was taking place). She said they could have the fuel door housing replaced in a short time. within 15 or 20 minutes I the work was done I paid and was on my way. I thought for sure I would have to either leave my truck or come back to have it fixed. So glad I was able to get it done that quickly!!! More
