While the nice lady was trying to check out a customer, a rude salesman interrupted her wanting keys to a red Ford pick up. She tried to get him to wait while she finished with the customer. He became even more rude and demeaning to her. He was loud enough that I heard this from 4 feet away. They lady handle the situation very professionally, the salesman did not. More

I spoke on the phone with Vinny and made arrangements to have the issue analyzed and repaired. Vinny provided good information on the most likely cause or causes of the problem and estimated cost to repair the vehicle. It was brought in to Fairway Ford and repaired as recommended by Vinny. Vinny's technical knowledge and recommendations were exact, and my expectations were more than met. His excellent communications skills along with taking the time to explain the technical problem gained my appreciation for his judgment and actions to satisfy customer needs. Vinny's efforts, and the person who worked on the vehicle deserve a pat on the back for a job well done. The vehicle was returned to me in a clean state and the door lock and latch assembly is now working properly. You have my business because the first impressions are the lasting impressions of an organization that is customer oriented. More

Great service awesome staff I called the dealership because I was having issues with my flex. From my first call to me finally walking out I was treated like family. They were flexible with my schedule (another appt before mine took longer so I was running late) My only issue I was told my work would take an hour (I did the works) and instead of an hour they called an hour after it was supposed to be done ann informed me I needed something else done. I asked to double check and was told he would check and call me back. I didn't get a call back. So I just called and said to do it. Upon getting back to pick it up I let them know my frustrations and not being called earlier with the additional work being called to attention and that I had to get my son they PROMPTLY got my car done which made what could have been a sticky situation. While we are out here we will only be using this place for my repairs and everyday maintenance. (Even on my Chevy) More
Great tires at the last minute! I urgently needed new tires for my 2012 Honda Accord LX-P before the Thanksgiving holiday, since I was traveling from Georgia to Tennessee. The factor I urgently needed new tires for my 2012 Honda Accord LX-P before the Thanksgiving holiday, since I was traveling from Georgia to Tennessee. The factory tires were almost at the wear bars. I decided on Pirelli P7s. I contacted Issac and he informed me that the tires would be coming from the Columbia warehouse and he would call when they were at the shop. He was able to fit me into their busy schedule the same day. The tires were installed correctly, important since they are asymmetrical, and balanced perfectly. I was able to take advantage of a double rebate as well! I will be back the next time that I need tires or repair. More

The tire was ordered, delivered, and installed as promised. I'll continue to bring my F150 to Fairway. More
