My Sales person Nicole actually shocked me with how muc I have bought about 5-6 vehicles from Fairway Ford now, and this experience was the best yet. My Sales person Nicole actually shocked me with how much she knew about the trucks I was interested in. You don't find many people who know a lot about diesel trucks, but she was spot-on. I actually tried to stump her with a couple of questions, but she had the answers immediately. Smart, friendly, and easy to talk to. Best Car Purchase Yet! My fiance and I came to Fairway Ford to have a look at a vehicle she has found listed online for sale. Shortly after our arrival we were greeted by J My fiance and I came to Fairway Ford to have a look at a vehicle she has found listed online for sale. Shortly after our arrival we were greeted by Jennifer Stricklan. And she was really great. My fiance is extremely picky and she was extremely comfortable working with Jennifer. We all usually dread the whole car buying process, but it was very apparent that it was important to her not just that sell us a vehicle, but that she sell us a vehicle that she knew we would really be happy with. She didn't hover all around us nor try to interest us into something else even though we made it clear what we wanted. The car we came to see was in a condition I would have been happy with and she asked us to give her just a minute more and she came back because she knew another colleague had been trying to work a trade with a customer trading in a Honda Accord. Low and behold it had literally just come out of detail. This car was better priced, a much newer model, fully loaded, low mileage and truly in pristine condition. The whole process went so quickly. I've purchased a few vehicles thus far and honestly this experience is by far at the top. My fiance was in car sales and in car finance a few years back and it's really difficult to get her to say anything good regarding a car purchas, but she was really blown away at the overall experience. She can play the haggle game better than I've ever seen anyone and she stunned because there wasn't a need for any of that. Rarely does she recommend a business, but she tells everyone she knows that's looking to buy a car that they need to go to Fairway Ford before they go anywhere. Three months later and we have not one regret. The car we ended up purchasing met and exceeded our expectations and we ended up with a much better deal than we expected. Thank you Jennifer Strickland and Fairway Ford for making my fiance extremely happy with her new Honda Accord. We will definitely be back for our next purchase. More
