recall notice work - put in new clutch & reprogrammed TCM. We are having to bring it back to the servic We are satisfied with our service this far, however we are experiencing a problem with our 2014 Explorer. We are having to bring it back to the service department to check the burnt and bad smell in the cabin during hard acceleration. We've noticed it since our last oil change and brought it to your attention today. Since then we searched the Internet to see if anyone else has had this problem, and there are numerous complaints with these cars dating back from 2010. We are very concerned in that it has gotten worse, and causing my wife to cough, my grandkids ride with us every day and it agrivates their asthma. We hope we can work out a resolution to this problem. More
