Came in inquiring about an incentive advertised on their site regarding a low APR plus $5,000. We were told that it was a mistake and that Ford put that on their site unknowingly and that they could not an site regarding a low APR plus $5,000. We were told that it was a mistake and that Ford put that on their site unknowingly and that they could not and would not honor it. Instead, the finance manager aggressively pushed a sale, discussing money, asking questions regarding finances all out in the open while other customers and employees stood by. When I told him I did not feel comfortable buying from a finance manager who has no idea what is on their site, he told me several times that I was "angry" and "emotional." He continued with his high pressure sales techniques and proceeded to make it sound like the deceit and then willingness to nonchalantly state the incentives listed were a mistake, were not an issue. When I contacted the manager about the treatment we received at the dealership, I received a reply from another employee that was riddled with typos and grammar mistakes that further showed the lack of respect they hold for customers. Had I at least received a serious reply, I may have considered the dealership shared some sort of respect for customers. My suggestion would be to call ahead and confirm validity of any advertised incentive this location posts, to save yourself time and the headache. More

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and treatment of veteran and cash customer. No consideration for their mistake in loss of use of your vehicle and or wages to take off work and go to the DMV multiple times for them to argue with them about the incorrect paperwork. More

Experience was easy; I knew what I wanted. One issue was that delivery was going to be late in day. We had a long travel day so I tried to push to next morning. I understand the risk of “buyer’s remorse” but felt I was pushed too hard. It was the exact car we wanted. Second, the trade amount for my car was $3000. Carvana gave me $7800. That’s an unexplainable difference. More
Rude and ridiculous. They call me up about a month after I had initially inquired about a 2025 Bronco. Salesperson says they have end of the year deals going on. He says he can’t tell me the specifics, but if I came in they’d give me a great deal. I say I’m not wasting my time. Then a different guy cuts into the line and says he’s the sales manager and can guarantee a great deal. I again ask for details and he says I have to come in. I say I’m not wasting my time. The he tried to pull the old “invoice pricing” ruse. I laugh and say I can do better than that by ordering a new 2026 Bronco from a dealer well known on a popular Bronco forum. He raises his voice and starts arguing with me on the phone about pricing, ordering, and discounts. Why would I go to Fair Oaks and deal with that guy? No thanks. More
