Had an issue with the appraisal but we worked it out I have to give a 4 star because they gave me an incorrect appraisal on my Nissan Armada initially. They thought the Armada had leather seats but it di I have to give a 4 star because they gave me an incorrect appraisal on my Nissan Armada initially. They thought the Armada had leather seats but it didn't. Later that day they told me that they were off by 5000 dollars which affected my monthly payments by about $80 dollars more. People make mistakes and we are all human, and in the end they gave me $1000 off the price because of the mistake.Jason was good to work with and made sure winter tires were quickly put on the new Jeep Cherokee. They stored my summer tires for me until i could come back an get them since I live in Canada. Overall I feel they are good, hardworking, honest dealership and owned up to the appraisal mistake. I wish it wouldn't have happened but that's life. The finance department was excellent. More

A joke I will never buy or service again at your facility . About average Service was complete, only complaint was for some reason, they didn't call when service was complete.
