The worst buying experience i have ever had. I inquired online about a vehicle. The online person asked me to come in and test drive the vehicle. The dealership is 70 miles away. I asked how the I inquired online about a vehicle. The online person asked me to come in and test drive the vehicle. The dealership is 70 miles away. I asked how the weather was. Said person told me it was fine. I drove about an hour in blizzard like conditions and received a call from the actual dealership explaining the vehicle was not traded in yet. I turned around and asked to be called when it was on site. I received multiple calls from the online sales team asking me how the test drive went. I explained that there was no test drive and why. More calls. Noticed the vehicle listed again online. Inquired again and got a return call. It was in stock. I asked if it was ready for delivery if i liked it. Yes they replied. Took 1 of my guys off a job to drive up with me. Vehicle was not ready. No 1 even knew where it was or what i was looking for. It just got worse from there good luck to anyone dealing with them. More

If you wait, we will go look for it.." It was snowing and very busy outside - we just drove around and used the key fob to help locate. Conclusion - it only takes ONE person to screw up an experience...we had to run into that person. More

new Ram I would have given a 5 stare rating but my low tire pressure lite in on after 2 days . Very disappointed in the vehicle but pleased with dealership The vehicle had lost its steering on 4 occasions, the last event resulted in the loss of control. The service department worked diligently with no ass The vehicle had lost its steering on 4 occasions, the last event resulted in the loss of control. The service department worked diligently with no assistance from FCA even though this has been a nationwide flaw that has been reported to NHTSA on 11 occasion by various 2019 RAM truck owners in various states. My steering failure first occurred on December 17th. Repair attempts were made by the dealer on 4 occasions without success. I am very disappointed that FCA being fully aware of this nationwide safety issue, was unable to assist the dealer. after 34 days without my vehicle finally another attempt was made to correct this. The vehicle was put back on the road on January 22nd and is being driven to determine if the steering has been restored. Further, FCA was notified about the issue and case was made. The case was later cancelled without validation and the steering failed the following day. I am very impressed with FX Caprara's sales team and service department. I am very disappointed with FCA not caring about the issue and after buying numerous Dodge and RAM products, will likely buy a GM product next time. More
