Recall for my 2011 Ram 1500 I’m glad it’s fixed, but it shouldn’t have taken two visits to get it done. I had my appointment set for 2 weeks in advance, but the part “retainer” w I’m glad it’s fixed, but it shouldn’t have taken two visits to get it done. I had my appointment set for 2 weeks in advance, but the part “retainer” was not on inventory, so I had to reschedule another appointment when more parts came in. It would have been nice to check inventories before I came in to have it done, just to find out that I had to come back in at a later date. I would recommend that that on a major recall for a very popular vehicle, like the Ram 1500, that the dealerships have better inventory controls in place, so that there are adequate amounts of parts available. More

5 Recalls I made an appointment and was in an out in less than 2 hours. Recall for my Ram 1500, concerning the transmission interloc I have set up my recall appointment, 2 weeks in advance, and whe I got there, they spent 30 minutes to find out that they were all out of retainers in I have set up my recall appointment, 2 weeks in advance, and whe I got there, they spent 30 minutes to find out that they were all out of retainers in order to complete the job. Now I have to go back next week to fix the issue, when it should have been done the 1st time. Knowing that a retainer is a vital part to fix the recall, they should have been better prepared🙁. More
Not doing what was arranged I have had this truck a total three weeks, purchased from FX Caprara, and it has been is service twice for random things. First service went fine. This second service went well too except for the end. I need my truck and it costs me time and money to be without it. I explained this to Brian and we came to an arrangment that the truck was to be parked under the awning with the key under the seat. I understand that this is probably not tyipical. With the snow storm looming, and FX Possible closing this was the best chance for me to get my truck and not be stranded the next day. It was by complete luck that when we had arrived, a couple people where still there. Needless to say the truck was not under the awning. I say all that to say this. Brian needed to call me back and inform me that there was a change in plan. That communication was vital, and any information would have been better then nothing which is what I got. I drove with my family in those conditions with the understanding that my truck would be there. Ultimately everything worked out, but this lack of communication will not be forgotten. More
