Poor customer service I had my Jeep towed in on the morning of Thursday, 2/14. I did not hear from them until I had my daughter call on Tuesday 2/19. At that phone call the I had my Jeep towed in on the morning of Thursday, 2/14. I did not hear from them until I had my daughter call on Tuesday 2/19. At that phone call they told her my Jeep was done. I wonder when I would have been called if she didn’t. I called 2 times in between Thursday and Tuesday and was told I would get a call back so I could at least know what was going on. I never received one phone call. Once my lease is up I will no longer be using FX Caprarax. I have bought/leased many cars from them over the years and their customer service has gone down hill. On top of all this is was the 2nd time it was brought in for the same reason in a week. It wasn’t fixed on the first visit. More

Month after purchase front brakes had to be replaced where metal to metal and caliper slides were seized.
