No hiccups, fast and efficient I did not have an appointment, but stopped to see if I could get a NYS inspection, oil change and wheel rotation. Horrible Sat in the busy dealership waiting to while the dealer ran around and never said a word to us on what was going on. Found a car i loved and said I could do a couple different things before actually looking into them, which ended up not being able to happen. Then had to come back another day and miss work only for them to again leave us in the dark about what was going on for 5-6 hours. The whole process took way to long and they never updated us on anything while it was happening. Just stuck us in a back room. More
