HELPED US OUT OF A JAM! The day before leaving for a long trip, a nail was lodged in one of my tires, causing the tire to leak. It was in a spot that could not be repaired. The day before leaving for a long trip, a nail was lodged in one of my tires, causing the tire to leak. It was in a spot that could not be repaired. They got a new tire and fixed it that day so we did not have to reschedule surgery/long trip. They were overly accommodating; very patient and professional. Decent experience The overall experience was decent. The positives: - Everything was done that was supposed to get done. The negatives: - My appointees was ear The overall experience was decent. The negatives: - My appointees was early in the morning and my vehicle wasn’t finished until 4pm - I had to recalls done and a multi point inspection. - I was told that their computer system went down and that was the reason for the delay. - When I asked for the paperwork on the multi point inspection I was told that they ran out of the papers. (Has me wondering if it was actually done.) I have taken my vehicle there many times and I will still continue to take it there. I hope the service get a little bit better, but overall not a bad experience. More
