First time purchasing from a dealer. I've bought 26 vehicles in the past 13 years from cars to SUVs to motorcycles. I never had a desire to purchase from a dealer because I figured I woul I've bought 26 vehicles in the past 13 years from cars to SUVs to motorcycles. I never had a desire to purchase from a dealer because I figured I would only be paying more with the dealerships overhead and professional salesman to haggle against. I was wrong. I got a great price on the truck I was looking for and they took care of a few extra requests on top of that! My wife was amazed that I basically completed the entire deal via text messages with Paul. I hate having to talk on the phone for car purchases because there is always something forgotten and emails take forever to get back and forth with. Paul was more than willing to send me pictures of the car personally even though it had just arrived on the lot (he even went out in the snow!). Although there was a lot of paperwork to sign on deal day, the gentleman who helped me with it was amazingly efficient. Next time I purchase I will definitely browse Kerbeck's lot first.
