My salesman Paul was extremely helpful in every aspect of my buying experience. I felt comfortable right away working him. He was not only knowledgable about the cars I was interested in but also friendly, open minded and responsive to all of my questions and concerns. I never felt pressured or uneasy. The entire process including test driving a few different CTS models took just over 2 hrs. It was a pleasure working with Paul. I truly appreciate all the help and assistance he provided me with making this purchase a pleasant experience! There were a few items that required service on the car I decided to buy. Rather than making me wait, the dealership provided me a courtesy loaner 2013 xxx for the balance of the weekend. I set up an appointment to finalizing my purchase with Kerbeck's financing department for Monday afternoon. Tom handled all the paperwork. Tom hit it out of the park finding me an excellent financing rate! With the financing completed, Paul took me out to my car and went over in detail all the controls and features of my CTS. HindsIght -I should have also visited Kerbeck AC. I did not know Palmyra Kerbeck (Cadillac) sold ONLY used use cars. It took 5 hours (too long) to buy a car. Salesman spent time w/me at the onset of I did not know Palmyra Kerbeck (Cadillac) sold ONLY used use cars. It took 5 hours (too long) to buy a car. Salesman spent time w/me at the onset of my visit, but later left me alone for long periods of time. As a result I wanted to get out of there. Salesman showed me display features of heat & radio, which work. At home I viewed the display guides only to learn the infotainment system (navigation) does not respond, I was under the impression that all this was included WITH the purchase. I will contact my salesman on this issue. More
