He wanted to know what I liked not what he wanted to sell.Everyone in the whole place was super friendly not just who was waiting on us,Everyone... I had 3 cars on my list to choose from and the first one on my list is the one i came home with.Flowers,Food and a nice car at a real good price. I got a Cadillac cts and if the Cadillac is what your looking for don't waist your time elsewhere,i was internet suffering for a while and no one could beat there price. Paul is a terrific salesperson who spent an incredible amount of time with us explaining the vehicle operations. Having purchased a number of vehicles over the years, the sales experience has not always been positive. We found the experience working with Paul not only positive but absolutely delightful. Tom handled all the transactional paperwork. He too, was very helpful in explaining the various documents and warranty options. My husband and I feel most fortunate to have worked with these gentlemen, so much so, that when it comes time to trade in my Volvo, I will definitely call Paul to purchase another Cadillac. More
