When I first made the inquiry online, I received a call within 30 minutes by Anthony. Originally, I was a little leery thinking here we go with the b...xxxx as he told me in that commercial voice "you've been prequalified." However, when I came in to the dealership he was very helpful, funny and pointed me in the right direction. I had it made up in my mind, that I was not going to be phanagled, manipulated or forced. He brought my mind to ease and relieved me of my anxiety. next, I met Paul Valenti. though my mind was a little at ease, my anxiety was still peaked as I was thinking let's just get to the numbers for fear that because of my history of late payments, etc., I feared the worse - high interest rate, high monthly payment and the fact that I would walk out, return home with nothing. Paul understood my level of anxiety and expedited the process as fast as possible at the same time sharing a little bit about his family. I appreciated that. and Finally, we met Chris when we signed the papers and he shared with us the lower interest rate though it came with the warranty. My experience was awesome as I appreciate all the effort placed in getting me the lowest interest rate possible on what had to be the best deal of the day. The price we paid was more than fair, and we were never strong-armed for additional warranties, etc. (though we did purchase an extended warranty when its value was explained to us). Paul Valente has checked in with us to assure that we are happy with our purchase and to see if we need any assistance negotiating various options on our CTS. We have NEVER been treated this well by a dealership or salesperson before. We have a feeling that future vehicles will be purchased through Kerbeck because of this excellent experience. Furthermore, John in service has been excellent. We have had. 2 minor issues with the car, but John has made certain that work has been completed to our thorough satisfaction. More
