The price we paid was more than fair, and we were never strong-armed for additional warranties, etc. (though we did purchase an extended warranty when its value was explained to us). Paul Valente has checked in with us to assure that we are happy with our purchase and to see if we need any assistance negotiating various options on our CTS. We have NEVER been treated this well by a dealership or salesperson before. We have a feeling that future vehicles will be purchased through Kerbeck because of this excellent experience.
