Purchase of a late model Cadillac We were greeted by a very polite sales representative, William Kaufman, who asked if we needed help, and then left me and my wife alone to walk around We were greeted by a very polite sales representative, William Kaufman, who asked if we needed help, and then left me and my wife alone to walk around and view the used Cadillacs that had attracted our interest. I became attracted to a late model used 2011 and, on asking about it, Bill described its features and pointed me to similar cars with varying features and prices. I ultimately found one that matched my price and mileage requirements. But now time was catching up and it was approaching lunch time. My wife and I decided to leave for a while and to review what we had seen. However, Mr Kaufmann graciously asked if we wanted to stay in one of the private offices and enjoy a complimentary lunch that he would have delivered. We agreed, and that gave my wife and me time (in private) to discuss our options. After lunch, we decided on a car and began the paper work. To keep us from too much tedium while the financial officer started the process Mr Kaufmann gave us a tour of the upstairs deck that contained many very expensive autos like Rolls Royce—etc., and then actually presented my wife with a bouquet of flowers as we sat down again to complete the transaction. During this time Mr Kerbeck himself came by, shook our hands and gave us an apple pie to take home! This was the final gesture of a very pleasant car buying experience. And, we love the car. More

VERY Happy F.C. Kerbeck Customer!! I was a very happy Lexus owner for the past 9 years. I have a friend that owns a Cadillac and highly recommended, when I went looking for a newer car I was a very happy Lexus owner for the past 9 years. I have a friend that owns a Cadillac and highly recommended, when I went looking for a newer car, I look at the Cadillac. Basically to shut him up, I agreed, all the time thinking I will purchase another Lexus... I went to my local Cadillac dealership and although test drive 3 pre-owned SRX's, was not impressed and did not feel in any of them,,,this is my new car.... One of my customers where I work suggested F.C. Kerbeck... I agreed to take a drive there although quite a distance from my house. That was going to be the last Cadillac dealership I checked... I went to F C Kerbeck, parked, got out of my car and this young man, dressed to perfection approached me...His name was Jamal Taliaferro. We went inside where he presented me with flowers and offered me a beverage. After a 90 minute ride, both were very much appreciated. I spent the next few hours with Jamal and left F.C. Kerbeck with my newer car!! Just what I was looking for!! When I sat in it and took for a test drive, I knew that was my new car!! Jamal was excellent!! Knowlegable, funny, polite, and spoke very highly of his employer, which I though was exceptional... Jamal has kept in touch to make sure all is going well with my new Cadillac... When I mentioned I am not very technical, he immediately offered to set up my blue tooth, which was a huge help to me. I would highly recommend F.C.Kerbeck and especially, Jamal!! I keep my cars for quite a while, but I am already looking forward to doing business again someday, with Jamal!! F.C. Kerbeck and Jamal get an A+ from me! More

Tenacity I had been talking with Bill for a while trying to narrow my choices down. When I first made the inquiry online, I received a call within 30 minutes by Anthony. Originally, I was a little leery thinking here we go with the b...xxxx as he told me in that commercial voice "you've been prequalified." However, when I came in to the dealership he was very helpful, funny and pointed me in the right direction. I had it made up in my mind, that I was not going to be phanagled, manipulated or forced. He brought my mind to ease and relieved me of my anxiety. next, I met Paul Valenti. though my mind was a little at ease, my anxiety was still peaked as I was thinking let's just get to the numbers for fear that because of my history of late payments, etc., I feared the worse - high interest rate, high monthly payment and the fact that I would walk out, return home with nothing. Paul understood my level of anxiety and expedited the process as fast as possible at the same time sharing a little bit about his family. I appreciated that. and Finally, we met Chris when we signed the papers and he shared with us the lower interest rate though it came with the warranty. My experience was awesome as I appreciate all the effort placed in getting me the lowest interest rate possible on what had to be the best deal of the day. Great Overall Experience I was greeted by Paul and we were face with a challenging situation. Due to the quality of my trade and my extremely strict budget, Paul and I had quite a bit of work to do. I was willing to settle for something that I was not looking for, but Paul could see my disappointment and frustration and would not give up until I was satisfied. After some research he found exactly what I needed! An SUV well within my budget, and on top of that, a luxury vehicle...A Cadillac! At this point I was very happy and excited. The next challenge was my trade which I still owed money on. Paul and his team worked very hard to make a deal that would still keep the new car within my budget! In the end, while signing all of the paperwork, I found that the FC Kerbeck team continued to work o a great deal even after the "hand-shake" and found me a great rate with a better payment (pleasant surprise). I have been burned many times in the past by road side dealers so I decided to go with a big name. I am glad I did! The FC Kerbeck team is very friendly and willing to help from all angles.
